Multiple problems with TVand WIFI Connection.

Lots of glitches with wifi and remote. I had to replace the TV as the original one had wifi issues. The new TV is better but still has glitches. The remote was not working and I had to ask for replacement once again. Not a happy customer. I do not know why LG can not fix these easy fixable problems as it is really hard to send these massive TVs back to them. I will not buy another LG again.

Love the TV and the picture however the WIFI in the TV has issues and from what I have found on social media this is a prevalent issue I am certain LG is aware of this issue I have submitted a repair ticket online Will reassess this review once I see how they decide to move this forward

We love the video quality. But some bug is in it. The streaming randomly stops working and says its not connected to the internet. It only does it once and it does it about every couple of days. So it doesnt cut in and out like the internet is messed up. Nore does the quality go down due to slower WiFi. It just stops one time for five minutes and then comes back on. Ive not had that issue with any of our other tvs. But while thats happening Ill do an internet speed check on my phone right next to it and its showing 120mbs download and almost that in an upload speed. Weve already had a tv repairman come out under warrantee and replace a bunch on the tv but it keeps happening. So that is sort of frustrating.

Purchased December 2022 screen was warped and and intermittent remote signal unstable message. COSTCO replaced no problem. Second set has same intermittent remote signal unstable message. LG replaced remote control and still the message persists. The message and shaky remote behavior will disappear for days or weeks then start again. The behavior will last for an hour or two and the stop. LG support is no help. Remote is frustrating

Purchased this TV at Costco. Within several months began having Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Repairman came out and replaced the mother board and wi-fi module. Still continues to drop wi-fi. Extremely frustrating. Have no issues with any other TVs and devices on my network. This TV is garbage. And for the price this is ridiculous. I have never spent this much money on a TV. This will be the last LG TV I ever buy. I want my money back so I can buy a good quality TV.

For most of my viewing which is on the Dish network the picture quality is variable and ranges from just OK to unspectacular. It is basically about the same as my 5-year-old VizioI set. I dont know if the TV does a poor job of upscaling the picture from Dish or if the incoming picture is poor to begin with but it is discouraging

Overall experience is ok picture resolution is great. No complaints. But the Wi-Fi connection is not stable at all. I need to turn on and off to get the connection back. Also the software itself is somewhat ok sometime it lags. Im still testing the overall experience. Might return to Costco if connection does not improve.

I bought this TV back in February of this year prior to the Super Bowl. All-in-all it is one of the best TVs in the market when it is working and thoroughly enjoy watching any 4K content on this device. There is a BUT here. That is because my OLED Panel Power Supply and additional board have all had to be replaced already within the first 4 going on 5 months. As I type this still waiting for the TV to be repaired after 3 weeks. LG has some of the best technology when it comes to TVs and it is superior to other brands more times than none. However reliability seems to be an issue as this is now my second LG set that Ive had issues with and has become quite a concern of mine. Even with that in question and as I stated previously the product and technology alone make this is top notch OLED TV... when functional.

Looking forward to hosting football game viewing this fall. Its almost like being there That said the remote is very touchy when trying to point to a specific channel. The voice feature is nice but sometimes even after it verifies what channel you wish to view it goes to a different one than was chosen. It usually gets the right one on the second attempt.

Ive been using LCD tvs for years and they work great - no doubt. But once you experience an OLED viewing experience it will reset the bar for which all other flat screen TVs are judged. Perfect black levels brighter colors no backlight bleeding no backlight blooming. Burn in is the only concern I have with OLED but I trust LG more than other brands since they actually make the panels used in this TV and many other brands. They have multiple mitigation features built in to ensure burn in doesnt occur and all of them operate automatically.

Incredible Picture Quality With Awful Software

I recently purchased the 77 inch LG oled C2 and it is definitely the best display I have ever owned. The picture quality is incredible with vivid and lifelike colors and perfect contrast. Filmmaker mode especially is a must-have. The reason why Im giving this four stars instead of five is that LG webOS is awful. Integrating advertising into a product this expensive should be against the law. Further the user is not given control to stop the television from prompting firmware updates on startup. Some of these firmware updates make the picture quality worse and in other ways degrade the quality of the TV so I have to decline every time I turn on the TV and check online forums to see whether or not the firmware update is worth installing. There is no way to disable these alerts.

Picture quality seems very good. Sound quality seems to vary with no understanding of why. Remote is hard to control and goes into pointer mode uncontrollably. Came with NO printed manual requested Owners Manual was provided but was of little use. There are MANY options and alternative menus with this TV but no simple easy way to see and understand all of them.

I purchased this television last month and every time I turn it on no matter if its a great action film or the local news I feel as if it is live in my living room. With some of the movies the scenes shot in a production studio really do look live. The actors are life size and the colors are brilliant. The first time I turned it on I had the Miami Formula 1 race on. It was shot at a corner where the cars come around quickly toward the camera. When the first car came around the corner right at me I flinched. It was that realistic. I may buy another for my bedroom. It will look like a drive-in movie but it will be awesome.

Replaced my 65 E8 with this 77 C2 and although its only a 4 year difference the extra brightness and the bigger screen are well worth the money for me. Love the extra detail and the eyes of the actors on screen look right through you.

I buy this a month ago and the picture quality is really good. The reason to give 4 stars is the apps. i am using Crunchyroll and Hidive for my animated content and i cannot get this apps on this TV. I call customer support a few days after i buy the tv to see Wy i cannot see this apps and they told me is the developer and he will scale this issue we then. but is beam a month and they have not updated these problems. I am waiting for and updated of this matter because i pay the subscription for a year and now they tell me that i need to buy a Roku now to see my channels this is ridicules if i have to do that they shall send me the Roku because if their problem in programing.

have this now for 2 weeks and very very pleased. picture quality is superb. matched it up with the LG 7.1 soundbar and the sound radiates thought out the room
