Even in the bit of a hollow we reside I can grab local TV on all but the worst weather days. Happily having cut the TV cable a couple of years back. LG internet channel line up is very respectable

Amazing TV - One Potential Concern

I purchased this at Costco and let me just say its one of the most amazing TVs Ive ever seen/owned. The image is amazing and everything is tweakable 9 ways to Sunday. The only out of the box negative I can think of is that the interface is WebOS which is clunky at best as is the motion control remote. The bigger concern I have however is the longevity of the unit. I purchased it in April and in August went to turn it on one day and briefly saw three thin vertical lines of the left hand side then the screen turned off. From that moment on the standby power light would illuminate when plugged in but the screen would never turn on. LG warranty is a year which is pretty good and Costco adds two on top of it. I had no issues or pushback with the repairs if I understand the invoice correctly they replaced the screen but the unit dying at well under a year does give me concern about the overall life span. Hoping I just got a dud and all else is good but time will tell.

We bought it in May 2023 and splurged a bit for the OLED and C2 model. Honestly not sure its that much better than the QNED version that a family member bought. Dont get me wrong - its a nice TV The picture is pretty good the apps navigation and choices are good the magic remote pointer takes some getting used to but is handy. However the remote has already needed to be replaced and that process wasnt the easiest with LG tech support and I needed to call back to check on the replacement which never got processed the first time around. I hope nothing else goes wrong Glad I have a long warranty through Costco

Nothing but problems with this TV and the customer service is terrible. The automated LG AI call system is beyond frustrating. I regret this purchase. At this point I am hoping to have the whole unit replaced. Our TV has had issues connecting and maintaining connection to WIFI. After figuring out it was the TV and not our internet we finally had a tech come out. He was very helpful and replaced the wifi modulator. That worked for a couple days and the problem resurfaced. We are now awaiting another tech visit and repair. I have SPENT HOURS/days/weeks/months dealing with this.

My LG OLED65 arrived a month ago and the picture quality is breathtaking I cant imagine ever going back to a small screen and the colors are so vivid. Its like art on the wall. However...the remote is really beyond me and it is so complex and without adequate user-guidelines that it limits my viewing experience. Im sure closed captions is available but while I find it I cant turn it on. I wonder how many other features are hidden in this complex remote control. Please offer some assistance.

Have had 65 OLED for about two months now. Great Picture a good viewing experience. Have not spent a lot of time delving into all the features that are available. So many options that are sometimes not that easy to find. The magic remote is hard to control it jumps around everywhere. Would be nice to have on screen tutorials for options to enhance the viewing experience. I know that these are available on the web site but viewing on my phone is problematic because of size. Really think a sound bar would be a great addition to enhance sound quality.

Im very disappointed with this tv. It worked just fine for about 5 months then began to have continuing issues with disconnecting from our wi-fi. We went through all the LG trouble shooting changed routers and had no improvement. LG sent a technician who diagnosed the problem as a bad network card. The repair was said to be made but the issue was not fixed. I called the outsourced repair service and told them the problem still exists and was told I have to go back to LG to start over. Called LG spoke with a representative and after being on the phone with her for twenty minutes explaining the problem and giving the previous repair ticket number began to experience audio problems admitted by the representative to be from her side. I gave my phone number and asked for a return call. I have not received a call back yet and will call again tomorrow hoping to have a better experience. We stream almost all of what we view on the television and it is worthless to us unless we use another device for streaming.

Weve had our LG C2 65 installed in our 400 sq ft family room for nearly a month. The picture is great has a wide viewing angle and looks and sounds even more amazing in 4K video game play with Xbox. I started shopping for a sound bar before the set was delivered...and stopped after hearing the sound coming from the set itself. An Atmos sound bar would be great but the set by itself is really good.

I havent had any issues with reflection or brightness at all. The picture is incredible and the viewing angles are great. Want to highlight a hidden capability on the LG C2 that I just love. I hate the movies that are broadcast in letterbox leaving black bands on top and bottom that are both annoying and damaging to the screen. On the C2 if you go into the picture settings you can adjust the picture size diagonally to fill the whole screen . You lose a bit of the picture on the sides but it is never noticeable. I programmed the function into my Harmony remote yes it still works with new AV equipment and I can Expand and Restore with a push of a button. Makes me smile every time I use it. No need to repeat the comments in the other review

After in depth research and cruising local vendors this model seemed the best value for the money and had the features we wanted. The real test spending a few hours watching - thats hard to do in the store It took a few minutes to become accustomed to the dark shadows the sharp contrasts - more like things actually look than any tv Ive seen afore. Bonus the LG Channels - wow Lots of content there. Were finding the WIFI connection working with our router without fault the remote is easy to use. The sound leaves a bit to be desired however wed planned to route the sound through to a pair of high end bookshelf speakers so. Thanks LG

New OLED to replace my last OLED65B6P

Newer is always better 6/10/2023

I had an OLED65B6P since 2016 and it was time for a replacement Burn in / lots of Yellow coloring no longer available. I am very happy sticking with this brand and seeing all the latest technology and improvements since the previous TV. No regrets whatsoever Im not wanting to spend a ton of money for the top-tier but this is the best mid grade OLED TV Ive ever seen.

Bought a few weeks ago and just blown away. First oled tv and it is well worth it. Added an lg soundbar last week and it is just chefs kiss. You wont be disappointed.
