I called Costco and LG customer service but cound not fix. it was passed by 90 days. around 120 days. no warranty..... I wish your tv need to put some protection stuff... Now I looking another one but little bit afraid to buy LG TV again.

First the screws for the stand were not included so I researched where to purchase them and cannot find definitive specs only the option to purchase them for $7 each plus shipping so now I have to spend an extra $50 just to allow my TV to stand up? Geez but whatever order it wait a week and then you only send me 5 when I need 6. Wow just trolling me at this point. Based on my experience so far I fully expect this TV to fail on me any moment now. Lesson learned the hard way.

The screen is fantastic I particularly love how there are multiple settings for adjusting contrast brightness and so on. It allows us to use it any part of the day with clarity. Unfortunately I find the home app and other apps to be a little buggy.

Dont use ROKU

We are really enjoying our new TV. My only concern is that the TV does not work well using applications from a ROKU box. We could not get the video and sound to sync especially watching sports. Once I figured out the ROKU applications and LG didnt work well together I just switched to LG apps.

Amazing tv and alot more convenient do to my wife likes to fall asleep with the remote time to time watching her shows and to wake her is like waking a sleeping beast just for the remote but the lg thinq app makes my life much easier cause I can use the app to control the TV and cast the TV sound over your phone which is a massive bonus AMAZING TV AMAZING APP. One thing I was disappointed about is crunchyroll is not supported hopefully in the future with a update that can be added. Happy wife happy life

I am on my second company of internet because the TV has so many apps and gadgets that requires a lot of MGB and it doesnt even grabs it. I hired the 300 MGB internet and I still had 4 MGB on my settings with my second wireless company. The TV buffers and takes a while to load. Also the Alexa built in is only for the TV no microphone and you need to press a button to make it work. Its not hands free.

This tv is extremely affordable. My main issue with this tv was the viewing angle. I have an open concept with the living room and kitchen and in the kitchen the picture was not good. It was only good sitting in front of the tv in the living room. This seems to be common for this tv type. After doing more research I had to buy an OLED to be able to have a great viewing angle. Had to return this one and buy an LG OLED.
