I bought a 65 inch tv and found out that they have a magic remote so I bought the magic remote only to find it wont work on my tv when I contacted lg customer service I was told a new remote would be sent to me. When I called to check on the status of the remote I was told I was being sent a new standard remote that came with the tv not the magic remote that I hade bought and would not work with my tv. So I was lied to when I originally called. I was then told that lg could not send me a new magic remote because that was a separate purchase and they could not send me a new magic remote. I will never buy another lg product. And will advise every one I know and come into contact with not to buy lg eather. This has been a big waste of my time. I will be returning the tv and magic remote and will buy a differnt brand of tv.

Purchased at Black Friday Sale this past week for very reasonable price. Disappointing picture clarity. Vivid setting helps but not as sharp as my 12 year old LG 65 HD. Very slow at opening apps and remote is poorly designed. I obtained a 23MR remote which allows pointer and voice control. Great improvement and should be included with the purchase of the tv. I have all LG household appliances which have been excellent for creative design and have been problem free. If I were buying again I would purchase a better quality tv.

We purchased this Television at Walmart. Being the most basic model we understood the components would not exceed as well as the Higher end models let alone the Mid Tier. Although this was the Most cost effective model we figured Hey its a television . We purchase it expecting it to work simple apps and features coming to realize it is Very very slow. It takes time loading switching apps finding the internet and many other issues. It works but in 2024? Feels like running a windows 98. Dial up is a bit faster. We used our 12 year old TV pre app with our 8Year old xbox to stream which was faster. Tv finally burnt out. Point is its slow it works its frustrating. Btw its not the internet. We are tech savvy.

Easy set up. Having some remote problems. I have a TIVO and volume is not working on it and channel selector not working on LG remote so I have a remote in each hand. My eyesight not great and I have large hands so a bigger remote would be nice. Picture and sound are great.
