This TV broke after 2 years of using it approx 4hrs a week. A full string of pixels died and I was told it wasnt fixable and didnt fit inside my 1-year warranty. Definitely better TVs out there.

TV literally explode from the inside? After googling it send this is something that happens? Seeing the exact same thing has happened to others... calling LG was useless pretty much got accused of having hit my TV with something not cool

Great except.....

The TV is great......but: The remote is horrible. DO NOT LIKE the position of the main buttons. Need to be higher. My biggest complaint is that the box said this TV is Alexa and Google ready. What they dont tell you is the remote they give you does NOT have the Alexa/Google buttons on it so you can actually use a feature that you paid for up front. What I found out after further examination of the box in the tiniest print known to mankind is that not all TVs have this feature of using Alexa/Google. Had I known this I would not have bought this TV. I even got on a chat with an LG rep and he confirmed that the remote in the box does not have that feature. I was told I could NOT EVEN buy the correct remote. I have an old LG TV from the late 90s and its still running strong. No problems with it knock wood. I guess they just dont make them like they used to. Other than these two problems I am enjoying this TV.
