Happy with this tv. The color is much greater than my previous tv. The remote control is NOT user friendly though. Cannot make changes to the tv using it unless the light is turned on because the buttons are so close together and not touch friendly without having to turn the light on in the room to use it.

We love LG products and this was our 3rd LG tv and I would love to give it the great rating that I normally would have but we only got to watch it for 3 weeks before the picture went out on it. The place we bought it would not take it back for another or refund as it was a few days over the 30 day return period so we started the process of servicing the tv. The extended warranty people said we would have to call the manufacturer so we did and now we are waiting and waiting. The tech that finally came out with parts did not have the part needed and said that part was on back order. I asked him to please text me when he found out how long it would be backordered. He did not do that and so here we sit without our new LG TV just waiting. Im sure we will eventually get to watch TV again in our Livingroom but I have no idea if it will be months or days. I will update this review when I see how customer service pulls through for us. It would have been nice to just be able to get a new LG TV replacement. But again these things happen and we still love LG products. Once we again can watch our LG the rating will most certainly be 5 stars.

If you want voice control for your television you have to buy the special magic remote control. All that comes with the TV is a standard remote. This is not cool. An additional cost for an accessory that should have been included in the box just for voice control. Typical corporate greed at play here. Im sure Im not the only one to speak out about this. If more companies would benefit the consumer experience they would encourage biyer loyalty and expand profits by word of mouth alone. LG can afford to do better by their customers. If the TV has capability for voice control built into the device its disingenuous to charge extra for an added device to make the built-in app work.

I bought the LG TV at Walmart and its last years model. Set up was easy. I live 6 miles out of town and the HD Tuner is pretty much worthless so I hooked up a powered HD antenna and get lots of channels. The LG channel list is a bit overwhelming so many but ill figure it out.

Its a good TV for the size and price . I have the big 70 some lead from LG and Ive been absolutely 100 satisfied with it unfortunately I find that this TV lags in the interface and Im waiting for the ui to process or an app to load. Also I bought the TV from Walmart it didnt come with a Magic Remote it came with stupid remote which eliminates about half of the settings . I picked up a magic remote for $30 but come on LG lets include that remote . All told though for a 4K TV the picture is great but improvements could be made

I downgraded to a smaller television because LG Because dad suggested it was a good name.. Now Im sorry I left Hisense. Faces are distorted. Everybody looks like we have big dots all over them. For $250 you would think you would get the correct remote but now I got the most confusing remote Ive ever had and you cant use Alexa with it. I got nowhere when I called LG just got passed around to different departments. The first person said oh it didnt come with the magic remote? s Im gonna switch you to the warranty department and if we have one in stock will send it to you . Dept switched me to parts and parts told me I can order one for $30 REALLY? I got disconnected and nobody called me back Now every time I want to change the channel lower the volume etc. I have to turn the light on

The package is misbranded and misleading consumers should not have to make additional purchases to have access to what is shown on the product packaging. A consumer should not have to purchase an additional remote on a brand new television purchase in order to access what is advertised on the box. The remote is an additional $29 is that really worth crappy reviews frustrated consumers all for corporate greed? The standard remote that it does come with also is the worst remote I have ever encountered the sound on the television is terrible and very tinny to the point we had no choice but to go and purchase a sound bar. Not impressed with it.

A clear picture and light weight. Remote control settings are easy to navigate and use. Sound quality is good. Mainly use with a fire stick and the 4k is crisp. A nice upgrade to my original flat screen that was almost 20 years old.

I bought this TV for a guest bedroom. It was barely ever used. A week after the warranty was up. It wasnt turning on. I googled it and apparently it is a very known problem. People say its not financially worth fixing. It had a nice picturs when it did work.

Great picture. Needs soft wear update to fix connection to Alexa. If the is off to long wont connect to buiit in Alexa so it can show online in Alexa mobile app to work hands free. Needs to have Philo app in app list its a low cost pay app with lots of good shows and movies but forced to use Roku to use it. Its just like sling tv. Should have made your TVs with the ability to turn on by voice.
